Loyalty Program

Awesome stuff. =^-^= We are super excited to have you interested in our Loyalty Program. To join, all you need to do is pop us a mail confirming which items you would like on a regular basis and how often you would like them. If you choose every 3 weeks, for example, your order will be processed as soon as we get your mail and in 3 weeks time, you will receive your second order from us, and so on. On your 10th order, 10% will automatically be deducted from the total value of your regular order and then the process begins again.

Should you want any other products during this time, they will be popped through on a separate order number, but can be delivered at the same time as your regular order - thus only your regular "scheduled" deliveries count towards the 10th order discount.

Placing an Order

To place an order, do the following: 

1.) Add 1 or many items to your cart. Some items require you to select size, colour etc.

2.) Select checkout from your cart or in the pop up window after you have added your item.

3.) You will have the option to log in or contunue as a guest. We recommend you log in or create an account if you haven't already done so.

3.) Complete your billing and shipping information. 

4.) Choose a shipping method.

5.) Choose a payment method

6.) Select "PLACE ORDER"

7.) You will be redirected to our prefered payment partner(vcs.co.za or SID payments) where you will be able to complete your payment.

You will receive an email confirming your order.


Tracking an Order

After you have placed and paid for your order you will receive numerous emails from us keeping you up-to-date:

1. Order email: This will confirm that we have received your order and are processing it. Your order number will be indicated on the mail: please take note of this number for reference purposes.

2. Order Processing Update: You will receive this email if there has been a change to your order. For example, if it has been updated or cancelled, if there is a problem with your order (products not available) or if there is a duplicate order. Alternatively, you can check on your order in your account section of the website.

3. Dispatch Confirmation: Once we have shipped your order you will receive notification of your shipment and courier details, including your tracking number. Please remember that delivery times depend on your location, product choice and delivery option chosen.

4. You can track your parcel online via the courier company's website address which will be given to you in the Dispatch Confirmation while it is en-route and until such time as it arrives at your address.
